About

About StrikeWatch: StrikeWatch is an independent news site covering travel disruption across Europe and the United States.

What we cover: strikes, cancellations, delays and engineering works affecting trains, flights and ferries — and the passenger rights that go with them. We focus on France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and the USA.

How we work: we follow announcements from unions, train operators, airlines, airports and ferry companies, and from official notices. We link to our sources where we can, and we correct mistakes promptly.

What we are not: we are not a travel agent, a booking site or a government body. We do not sell tickets or run any transport service.
